CODE OF CONDUCT AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

Our Physiotherapists are trained and held to the highest standards as documented by the HCPC professionals conduct. This ensures complete confidentiality. Indemnity Insurance is provided by the Chartered Society of physiotherapy.

Any person using this service is kindly reminded to be dressed appropriately and to be kind and courteous to our staff at all times. We pride ourselves on an exceptional experience at Bath Spine and MSK Physiotherapy but we appreciate that given the nature and complexity of healthcare we may not always meet your expectations. If this is ever the case please see our complaints procedure.

TREATMENT:

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who does not abide by the above. This could include terminating your session early. 

DATA:

All of your data is protected according to all GDPR guidance. We use the latest technology that also complies with these regulations. We are Registered under the data protection act 1998. Personal data will only be shared with the consent of the service user

LATENESS:

Your session will start and finish at the same time regardless of if you are late. Please try to be on time. We are not able to extend your time unless the session following you is not booked.
