Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if more than 24 hours notice is given prior to appointment time

Any cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged the full fee due to us not being able to fill the clinic slot

​

There may be exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Please discuss with Dan if you feel that this may apply to you. 

Complaints Procedure

We endeavour to offer exceptional service to our clients and we are actively seeking ways of improving the service. If at any point you would like to highlight a concern you have please contact bathspineandmskphysiotherapy@outlook.com so we can resolve this issue with you as soon as possible.
