About Daniel – Specialist Spinal and Musculoskeletal Physio in Bath
I’m Daniel, a Back Pain and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist based in Bath, with over 10 years of experience helping people move better, recover faster, and return to the activities they love.
As a Clinical Specialist in Spinal and Musculoskeletal Health, I’ve worked closely with orthopaedic teams and spinal consultants, providing expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of back, neck, and general joint or muscle conditions. I’m also a trained First Contact Practitioner, using advanced diagnostic skills from Master’s-level training to identify the true cause of symptoms and ensure any serious issues are recognised early.
Before founding Bath Spine and MSK Physiotherapy, I worked in elite football for five years, gaining extensive experience in managing sports injuries, paediatric conditions, and performance-related rehabilitation. My extensive NHS experience includes treating individuals with neurological, elderly, learning difficulty, and complex pain presentations. These roles have shaped my compassionate, person-centred approach and strengthened my skills in advanced communication.
